Hes drunk (i assume, or completely stupid). Im at home. He is at a party. He asks me to get over here. I say im there. Tell him im upstairs playing xbox with two made up people. He says he is outside. SO i tell him start waving his hand around while i look out the window. He says didnt work, and said he would be inside on "the couch". I tell him i just went outside looking for him. Then say i met a girl. Now im telling him to get me some drinks and leave them on a table outside......
I need more ideas before he figures it out.

Tell him you went to the table, but some people just took the drinks as you were walking to it.
